middle of july I contacted the company to give me asitmate for installing a new air conditioner he installed the conditioner and I many problems with freezing up and said it was all me finally you thought it h
was the condensor that is in the basement that was dirty why in the world not check this out when he installed it but he did not

Desired Settlement
200 dollars for cleaning the consdenor needs to refuned because that should of been done before instlling the new unit

Business Response
Lerum Heating will not refund an amount of a service call that was recommended on doing during the installation of the condenser that was refused by the customer then needed to be done 10 days after the new condenser was installed. This required extensive cleaning and was a fair price to be charged in which the customer did sign the invoice for payment due at the time of service. Lerum Heating will also not refund a customer an amount that they have not even paid in full on in the first place.
Lerum Heating has been more than fair through the past several months of trying of countless hours to collect on services and materials provided to the customer since last July of 2015 that should have been paid for during the receipt of both invoices. We feel his request is unethical nor fair. An official letter to the BBB and documentation in response to the customers complaint is attached to today's response to his 3-7-16 complaint to the BBBin which he did after receiving he received a notice to bring to the customer to small claims court if not paid.
