            On 6/2/2021 *** ***** & his nephew came to my home to measure windows for solar screens. 6/5/2021 they came back w/a price of $1364 & wanted $650 dwn pmt, which I gave him w/ my check #****.He said the 21 windows would be ready in 1 wk. He started coming to my house by himself saying he was worried about me He would roam around outside of the house remeasuring windows. I would finally have to ask him to leave. He did this 3 times. During one of his visits I realized the 7 windows ordered for the front porch would not work because the windows open outward so I told him to cancel the 7 porch windows. Each time I saw him I asked if he had cancelled them and he said no he had forgot. Finally on 6/11/2021, and again 6/14/2021 & again on 6/29/2021, I called ******* *** & made sure they cancelled the 7 windows. They called *** ***** & told him so he finally cancelled the 7 windows. I finally got 5 windows on 7/10. He owes me 8 windows; Houston says he flat refuses to pay for them
