              CNH Roofing installed a roof due to Hurricane Laura on 9/16/2020 at *** ******* *** **** ****** ** *****. The roofing was not installed per manufactures directions. The shingle manufacture representative inspected the completed roof and said that the shingle was not placed flat on roof before it was nailed down. CNH told me the shingle would relax and lay flat over time. This has not taken taken place. CNH did come and replace a few shingles however this has not corrected the problem. It now has been nine months since roof was installed and no change.

              One star is a gift I have been trying to get my roof repaired again after 2 years my roof is leaking after I paid over ****** to have a new roof put on my house they will not respond to me. It is causing new damage to my home because of their faulty work

              We went out today and checked the leak. We found that there was no problem with the roof but found the chimney cap was defective due to improper installation and wear and tear. Customer is aware and making arrangements for repair.
