Sonic on hwy 62 in orange just denied my mom service for simply asking, I guess too many questions about a drink. Very rude to their customers, for no reason, then gave me a number to some medical office instead of the corporate number that I asked for. This goes out to ****, ****, or whatever she said her name was. I was on speaker phone with her and that was totally uncalled for. My mom is one of the kindest people and yall are extremely disrespectful. What happened to customers are always right? Not I dont like how many questions are being asked so Im going to throw all my attitude around and deny service. my mom went in the door cause it was opened and asked to talk to someone and they told her to call someone and closed the door on her, as if she was about to raise ****, when really she was just trying to talk to someone about their employee. I was on the phone listening and heated! ***********************-That sonic ***** so bad its literally right by the house and I drive all the way to BC or west orange for sonic just because I hate ordering from there when I get a full meal but I will say I went there early this morning for a coke and large fry and it was one man working by himself and he was super nice. The girls up there got a lot of attitude though! This sonic *****. When *** and I door dashed full time,in October. We waited in a stall for 30 minutes for an order with 6 items. After waiting for almost 15 minutes, a girl gave us an attitude, and told us regular customers come before door dash customers? the door dash customer ordered ahead on the app. After 30 minutes the customer got mad and told us to cancel the order. We stopped picking up door dash orders from there, and we also avoid that sonic. Its not wrong to ask questions about your food, the person should also know the answers or they couldve got someone to answer them for your mom, instead of giving her an attitude about it.
