Complaint: The apt has an infestation of ants, broken drawers, broken refrigerator, broken washing machine, messed up doors, disposal broken,etc N/A

Business Response: Business' Initial Response /* (1000, 18, 2013/09/04) */ We are in receipt of your correspondence regarding the complaints filed by Mr. ***** at Sunnydale Apartments. According to Ms. ********, the following actions were taken to address the initial complaints, well in advance of the time period required under the terms of the Lease. 1. Refrigerator was replaced with a new refrigerator 2. Washing machine was replaced with a new washing machine 3. Disposal was replaced with a new disposal 4. Ants were exterminated by a licensed pest control operator 5. The drawers were repaired With respect to the additional complaint for the loss of power in the bathroom, the maintenance request has been scheduled and will most likely be addressed today. The call was received by the answering service during non business hours on Sept 1, 2013. The request was a non emergency request, therefore the maintenance request was initiated on the next business day of September 3, 2013. With respect to Mr. *****' allegation that Ms. ******** made derogatory remarks during a conversation, Mr. ***** was being argumentative with Ms. ******** as she was explaining what steps had been taken to address the complaints, I believe that Ms. ******** used the term " Pissy", not " Prissy". I believe that Mr. ***** misunderstood what was said. I think that you will find that Sunnydale Apartments has worked in a prudent manner to address the complaints filed by Mr. *****. It is apparent that Mr. ***** continues to remain dissatisfied with our efforts to address the complaints that he and Mr. Ball have with Sunnydale Apartments, therefore, we will agree to let them out of their Lease without penalty for the cost of reletting and future acceleration of rent. Please have them provide Ms. ******** with a written move out notice for the date that they intend to vacate the premises. If you need anything further, please do not hesitate to contact me at your convenience.
