Read Complaint Details
Complaint: I Feel I was overcharged for services. Sprayer on kithchen facuet went out it could not be repaired so one of their faucets was installed the job took a little under 1 hour to repair. I was quoted a $200.00 charge on phone but the final charge was $385.00. I have discused this with the owner and he told me I got a discount it should have been $418.oo. I feel this was unfair business practices.
Desired Settlement: I am asking for the refund of $185.00 which would be the difference of the quoted price and the actual charge.
Mr. ******** came in to our office and explained what his problem with his kitchen sink faucet was. A plumber was in the office at the time, and told Mr. ******** we would waive the trip charge and come take
a look at the faucet right then. The plumber followed Mr. ******** home. The plumber looked at the faucet and knew it couldn't be fixed. He told Mr. ******** he would have to replace the faucet and quoted him
a price of $385.00. Mr. ******** agreed and signed the authrozation to proceed with the work. Our plumber then replaced the faucet and Mr. ******** wrote a check for the work completed. In no way was the customer mislead
about the price of the the job, because we always get a signature from the home owner before any work is started. We will not be issueing a refund due to this fact.
