Problems with Product/Service

Complaint: I was given a gift card to the Rustic Door and they did not honor it due to changing owners. There is no sign stating they no longer accepted them as well.
Desired Settlement: To be able to use gift card due to no signs informing customers.
There are no avenues for us to accept this giftcard due to the fact it is on WellsFargo bank card system and we no longer have that system. Wells Fargo will not honor these cards, therefore we cannot honor the card. We honored the cards for the first 3 mos after taking over the business and lost thousands of dollars due to Wells Fargo not honoring them. We do now have signs stating we do not honor them. We have had this store for 7 mos now. All cards were from previous management and many were given out unethically days prior to our taking over this business.
