Complaint Category: None of the Above - Service Complaint Issue

Complaint: Lost My Shirt one month ago and keep delaying payment.
They lost my shirt over a month ago and when I ask the status, the Manager keeps stating it is in service mode.

Business' Initial Response
The lost shirt in question was delayed in returning to the customer because the barcode identification did not stay on the garment and was later identified in by description. The shirt was returned to the store for Mr. ***** to pick up and he has been notified. Mr. ***** declined to accept any compensation for his inconvenience. No further action is required.

Complaint Resolution: Company resolved the complaint issues. The consumer acknowledged acceptance to BBB.
