            On 9/10/21 I brought my car in with an oil leak, and my check engine light on, the mechanic stated that I would have to pay $147 to perform a diagnosis on my car. I returned on 9/16/21 to get the services performed, which was a full diagnostic of my car and check the engine light. Mieneke kept my car for over 24 hours before I got a text for the results of my diagnostic. I approved the repairs for $421. When I arrived on 9/17/21 to pick up my car, I noticed my engine light was still on, so I immediately called to let them know. The female Tammy at the front desk told me that they didn’t check for the light. But further discovery it was overlooked. On the morning of 9/18/21 I discovered I still in fact had an oil leak. On 9/19/21 they then took another look at my car and found another $600 in repairs that should have been found if a diagnostic was in fact done on my car. I was accused of damaging my oil pan within 2 days of my car repair. My car is still leaking oil and no resolution

            I called and scheduled an appointment to have my oil changed and to have my back left tire fixed on Wednesday July 6th (i have a certain oil filter for my car and not every one has it.) So they scheduled the appointment Thursday July 7th at 12:00 I paid $108 for a full service which included for them to change my oil, top off all fluids and rotate my tires. The next day July 8th the same back left tire was on the ground… I called and complained because i addressed my flat on the phone before when i booked my appointment to have it fixed. Also because i paid for my tires to be rotated, She proceeded to tell me i was wrong, I paid for oil change and fluids that the rotation was free…..(the rotation i did not get) She told me to come back in Friday the 8th they would rotate my tires and fix my flat…. i went back in again for them to do what they were supposed to do the day before and they charged me $50 to patch the tire (apparently 2 tires had nails in them) somehow they missed that the day before. $160 later… & not even a full week later my tire is FLAT again.. IM SO MAD because I’ve already paid for my tire to be fixed, and because they told me i received something that they did NOT do. I absolutely refuse to go back to the Beaumont location on major drive again for a THIRD time for the same damn flat. Now i will have to go pay to have my car serviced again for the 3rd time this month. Beaumont Meineke has horrible customer service.
