              Bought a 2022 Cadillac without a chip of course. After driving about **** miles started getting safety system error messages. Took it in 60 days ago and they said parts were not available except new Cadillacs like it were arriving to be sold. Why couldnt they get what they needed????So they got the parts but didnt tell service they had arrived. They called said to bring it in. Wife said they it was already there. Girl on the phone said - no it isnt you need to make an appointment. Called Service - they said they would check on the parts and were installing the parts but they didnt order everything they needed so still not fixed and dont know when we will get our new Cadillac returned to us completely fixed. Credit *********** expecting payments and had to rent a car. Stay away from this dealership.

              I would not recommend this dealership. After being assured a missing chip would be installed by the end of the summer 2022, as of January 2023, I am still waiting for the chip. When I contacted the salesman, I was assured he would look into the chip availability. This conversation occurred 8 days ago and I have not heard from him.

              **********Find another place to get good service Classic Chevrolet is not a good place to go period!!!My truck has been there for over three weeks, nothing has been done now they want me to pay $1400.00 dollars for something they did not fix!

              I had a deal to order and purchase an Escalade for MSRP. When the car finally arrived, they broke the deal and put $10,000 more on to the price tag. This was done by the GM so that once I refused, he could sell to his buddy "the man, the myth, the legend" a local attorney. Just a disgusting way to do business. In the spirit of transparency, the owner did offer me if I ordered another one (9-12 month delivery) to sell me at dealer invoice. As I explained to him, the trust factor is gone. I won't do business with this dealership ever again. I am going to pay more from another dealership because I would prefer to do business with a dealership that has honor and integrity. Classic Chevrolet, where broke deals happen every day.
