BBB Customer Review Rating plus BBB Rating Overview
BBB Customer Reviews Rating represents the customers opinions of the business. The Customer Review Rating is based on the number of positive, neutral and negative customer reviews posted that are calculated to produce a score.
|Customer Review Experience||Value|
|Positive Review||5 points per review|
|Neutral Review||3 points per review|
|Negative Review||1 point per review|
BBB letter grades represent the BBB's opinion of the business. The BBB grade is based on BBB file information about the business. In some cases, a business' grade may be lowered if the BBB does not have sufficient information about the business despite BBB requests for that information from the business.
BBB Letter Grade Scale
Star Rating scale
BBB Customer Review Rating plus BBB Rating is not a guarantee of a business' reliability or performance, and BBB recommends that consumers consider a business' BBB Rating and Customer Review Rating in addition to all other available information about the business. If the BBB Rating is NR then only Customer Reviews are used for the Star Rating.

Complaint: I recently vist classic kia on August 31 2015, I begin to look around for some cars for my daughter. A salesman came outside and showed me some cars that I might like. I fill out a application. I told him specifically don't run a credit check on me. I didn't sigh any type of paper to run a credit check. few minutes later he came back flip over a piece of paper and told me to sigh I stated" no". few weeks later I started to receive letters in mail concerning my credit. and we ran my credit
Business Response: Ms. ******* complaint to the BBB referenced a visit to Classic Kia on 8/31/15. She claims we pulled her credit without authorization on that date and would like the credit inquiries removed from her credit history. Based upon the information given to us in her complaint we submitted a request to the major credit reporting agencies to remove the inquiries from her file. When none of the agencies reported inquiries on 8/31/15 with her name or social security number we did a complete search of all of our customer inquires for the months of July, August, and September of this year to be certain we either had or had not pulled Ms. ******* credit information. We did in fact find that Ms. ****** information was actually submitted to the credit agencies on 7/31/15.
With the correct date now established we have submitted to the agencies anther request for removal. We have been told by the agencies that this process may take 45-60 days to complete. I apologize to Ms. ****** for the inconvenience this may have caused and am happy to offer her a $200 Gift Card as a goodwill gesture. If she has any additional questions or concerns I ask to to contact me.
