Complaint: During the months of June, 2013 and February 10, 2014, both my wife ****** **** and I had spoken to representative of Community Bank of TX about modifying our loan. We were told by both Mr. *** ******, Vice President of Mortgage and ****** *****, Loan Specialist that they couldn't help us. We need to find another lender or agency. We did call making home affordable. That turned out to be fraud and our property was sold on March 4, 2014. Community Bank didn't notify second lien (SBA).

Desired Settlement: What we seek as adjustment is to have this sale reversed and that we're able to re-purchase our property back at original loan amount of $34,100.

Due to the non-response from Community Bank of Texas I am requesting that a mediation hearing be scheduled in order to allow the bank to respond to their no comment response.
