Complaint: I am writing to let you know I cannot drive my car for it is pulling to the left side. It makes a loud noise roaring and pulling to the left side of road. Like something coming apart and when you give it the gas it acts as if it is going to stop. Something is sounding like a bearing is coming apart. It is not tire noise. On the passenger side the rear fender was bent. The day the tow truck driver pilled it from the fence he bent the fender near the tailpipe. I would have to straighten it out. I'm to go to Houston for my leg on the first of December, i got someone to carry me for I'm afraid to drive the car.
Desired Settlement: Repair the car correctly. Everything on the list needs to be fixed properly with no further cost to me.
Business Response: we did repair work on mr. **** Chrysler he ran off the roadway into trees and brush. he damaged the steering. we repaired according to the insurance co . estimate . we did exactly what was paid for by his insurance. we actually carried his car to the Chrysler dealer after repairs the dealer programmed the steering. we were informed by the dealer that there was a lot wear on front end parts. both drive axels were worn excessively. both axels needed replacement. not related to accident . we informed mr. **** of this .he came back saying not driving good , once we told him excessive wear .needed repair. the problem is he has a lot of miles for a fairly new car, car is used a lot by others.he was supposed to pay a 1000.00 deductible . something we are all responsible to pay our deductible if an accident is our fault.we agreed to help him some . at this time has not paid any part of deductible. was allowed to take his car .did not have any money.said he would come by on December the first and pay some. has not come to pay anything. this is the first notice from you. we checked our e mail have not received any before now.apparently trying to not pay us. there are issues on his car .. needs tires real bad.has 50,000 miles or over on a year old car. we will not accept any blame for vehicle that is abused and worn out, we call a lack of maintenance. poor drivimg habits . unable to solve something beyond our help. the insurance co. will not pay for worn out parts ,not related to his accident
