The Business Relationship Representative (REP) will be responsible for inviting businesses on behalf of the Board of Directors to apply for BBB Accreditation which supports BBB’s mission of a trustworthy marketplace. The REP will be expected to prospect for and use existing leads that meet the Board’s criteria for issuing an invitation, contact businesses by phone or in person to set the expected number of appointments and present BBB’s role in the marketplace.
Compensation is commission based with excellent income opportunity in exchange for hard work.
The duties of the REP will bring him/her in contact with other administrative and business account staff in the office and a pleasant interaction with all staff is required at all times.
At all times, the REP will keep in mind possible conflicts of interest and will sign a Code of Ethical Conduct.
