Complaint: Per written complaint - "Unfair business practice - On Sept. 7, 2013 we took our car into ***** ******* ******* located at XXXX XXth St. in Lubbock. While we was waiting in line a man came to the drivers window and said he notice our car has a chip in the windshield - would we want it fixed at no extra charge - we said yes not knowing that the man was not with ***** *** **** but was with Extreme Auto Glass Company. When the car wash was ready but there was a problem - when he tried to repair the chip the windshield cracked in both directions. He said they would take care of it. We should bring the car back when it was convenient for us. We took the car back on Sept. 21st the same man told they were only liable for $50. We ask to speak to the manager. We called **** ******** (Owner) and explained what had happened. He said all they would pay was $50 and we are responsible for the rest."
