            Transaction happened on 8 of March, 2024. 64,99 it was charged on my Bosnian account so that equals 127,11 BAM. As informed by the bank it is for some sort of prime package that I didnt take, my card was used to book a ticket one time for my relative. The ticket was payed trip happened and everything was fine until I received deduction of above mentioned 64,99 out of blue. I think I was unfairly charged and, I have asked the company for an explanation or refund but never heard from them you have enclosed email. I would really appreciate if you could help me, many thanks.
