Our file contains a pattern of complaints from consumers alleging harassing and high pressure sales calls from C.S.A. representatives. Consumers say they receive a phone call from C.S.A. stating they have an expired travel package from a separate company. CSA then states that, because the travel package expired, the consumer now owes C.S.A. an additional $298. The consumers are informed that if the $298 is not paid immediately their accounts will be charged from $498 - $1,000.
C.S.A. has not responded to these consumer complaints.
On, February 27, 2013, BBB sent certified correspondence to C.S.A. requesting their voluntary cooperation in resolving complaints on file with BBB and providing steps it will implement to eliminate the pattern of customer complaints; however, as of today BBB has not received a response from the company.
