            To get to the point we started working with master touch pools close to a year ago on build and design. The project began almost 7-8 months ago. They were suppose to hook up a gas line power the heater for the spa portion of of our pool. The claim they sent an email in May to confirm an appointment for this but we never received that email. We didnt know we needed to approve anything as we were never informed since we had already paid them for the project and assumed it would be done on a timely basis. They still have not completed this project. The service level of this company is bordering on inept. Our experience with this company has been as bad as it can possibly get. The owner cursed at my wife twice in an in person meeting and refuses to accept responsibility for his actions and lack of sticking to a timeline. We want this project done.

            The best company in town. I asked for a quote in a pool construction and ******************* came to my house and help me design the pool that I was envisioning for our backyard. The process on the pool constructions was smooth overall, and the communication with the team was good. Shout to *****, who usually answered my questions and ******* who was our project manager. Im very happy with the final result, and I can't wait for they finish the fire up process, so we can enjoy our pool! Thank you ****** and team!
