            On 1/25/2022 I entered into agreement with this company to provide impact windows and balcony door for my condo apartment. In order to move forward I wrote the requested check for $6,725 representing about 50% of the cost of the job. At the time of signing the letter/contract we were told by ************************* (company representative) that the turn around time will be 24 to *********************************************** September 2022. The balcony doors are still not installed, So I began contacting ************************* through texts, emails and voice massages and he apparently stopped answering my calls. In the last of the communications ************ just tell me "give me one more week" - it happened in the middle of December.I am seeking completion of the agreement - installation of the balcony door.

            I had problems with another contractor that I fired after a year. They left seven panels of sliding glass doors on my balcony. A neighbor recommended Hanes so I asked them to install the sliding glass doors. Hanes got the permit from ********** and installed the doors on the scheduled day. They cleaned up afterward. The sliders are great. The neighbors complemented me. I recommended Hanes. Everyone thanked me for recommending Hanes.
