    I purchased a pair of boots (order number C00337596) that came with marks on the left boot. When emailing the company on November 3, 2022 with my concern, they responded on November 4, 2022 and asked for 4 specific photos: Problem area, sole, top of boot, and opposite side of boot. I provided all four photos the same day. On the same day, the company responded in email that it was a manufacturing defect and asked if I wanted a replacement or refund. I asked for an exact replacement pair and was sent a *** label to return the boot. On November 7, 2022, I emailed and told the company that it was a long process to first wait for them to receive the manufactured defective boots (which since they confirmed was a defect, they should not try to sell again) and then wait for them to take yet another 3-7 days to ship my replacement. That would be approximately 3 weeks without my merchandise or my funds to purchase the same merchandise elsewhere. That same day, I was told, via email to submit a copy of my *** receipt, showing I dropped off the defected boots. I submitted that receipt on that same day of November 7, 2022 and all communication stopped. On November 8, 2022, I called the company and spoke to *****, who has been the representative emailing me, and he told me he was given the green light to have the replacement boots shipped that day. The boots were not shipped. I have emailed daily since then and received NO return emails or calls. I am requesting a refund at this point.
