Date of transaction is 11/27/2018, Inv#****, in the amount of $7,220, paid in full. Had the roof replaced with metal roofing. The nature of the problem is the roof is leaking (ongoing) on both the front and back porches. I reached out to RoofPro in 2019/2020 (I believe), to let them know of the situation. In return they sent someone out to try and repair the leaks. I was told that it should solve the problem. Then in 2021, I reached out again, for the same reason, took a little longer to get a response this time around. Roofpro sent the same tech to solve the leaks, did the same type of repair and I was told it should solve the problem. He did take pictures that day of the areas showing the water damage. Now the cedar ceilings (in both rooms) are not only water stained but also are cracking. I sent RoofPro some pictures of the affected areas on April 14, 2023 via text. I had my boyfriend (*******) call and leave messages to RoofPro on three (3) separate occasions ,June 12, 13 and 16 of 2023. I still have not heard back from them. I would like to have the problem resolved, I paid for a new non-leaking roof, that is what I expect in return. Thank you for your time and consideration. ***********************
