I had an issue with one of the girls in the office which was very unprofessional in calling me needy for having further questions. She sent an email to another rep stating she regretted speaking with me because I was too needy and the email accidentally came to my inbox instead. This office collected $500.00 as a surgery non-refundable deposit before having an actual visit with the doctor. This office does not allow you to see the doctor until 2 weeks before surgery and will not schedule you for a visit until you send the $500.00 deposit. What kind of office asks a patient to give them money before seeing a physician? How do you know he is the right doctor for you? They are scam artists in this office. Not only that, they promise they will schedule you for multiple procedures at once but a week before the actual surgery date they tell you they can only do part of the surgery. Also, I was told my blood levels were perfect until days before surgery I receive a call from one of the representatives stating that my blood not high enough for my procedure but then I went for a second opinion with another physician that advised me the procedures I wanted to have done did not require a higher blood count at all because these procedures do not cause high blood loss. I am very upset with this office and request to have my money returned.
