            On 2/2/24, I made a purchase for $90.25 for heartworm medicine. On 2/5/24, I discovered the charge on my account for $90.25 and a second charge for $107.64. I called PetMeds immediately and inquired about what was happening. The customer service representative said that the charge for $90.25 was going to be deleted, and the $107.64 seemed to be the one that PetMeds system was operating with. The representative had no clear explanation of why this occurred. She said let it ride for a day and see what happens. On 2/6/24, when I saw two charges still on my account, I called back again. I then spoke to another customer service representative who gave a vague explanation of a new system and problems with its functionality. She told me that a refund had been initiated and I should see it in a couple of days. Let me note here that throughout this ordeal, I attempted to use chat on a few occasions, but there were always long lines. On one occasion, I sat in the chat queue for 3+ hours and never spoke to a representative!Eventually, I woke up and started using the email process. On 2/25/24, a representative indicated that they had tried to make the refund a couple of times. I never saw it in my account. At this point in time, their incompetence and all the time I had invested in follow-up on their screw-up had frustrated me greatly. On 2/25/24, a representative offered a $20 merchandise credit for all the frustration. I was so angry at this point I said that a $20 credit was insufficient and that they should refund the total amount of the purchase. Finally, on 2/28/24, I see a refund to my account of $18.91. This further illustrates PetMed's incompetence. The difference between the two charges and the refund should have been $17.39. Why the arbitrary amount of $18.91, I do not know. I asked for a full refund of the purchase considering the amount of frustration that occurrred and bogus charges that could have let to an overdraft. O compensation was given!

            Their customer service reliability has dropped. They have not contacted my vet and will not refund my money. I cant get thru to customer service!
