            Boy, were they amazing during the initial sales process. I fell for them hook line and sinker! ***** ******* had me on a video chat, and it seemed too good to be true. They weren’t the most expensive. They weren’t the cheapest. They seemed fair and reasonable. I even purchased the $40,000 insurance protection for all my goods. And used them for storage for a few months. The RED FLAGS began before moving day. NOBODY ANSWERS THE PHONE!!! I mean NEVER. I called every single day. I emailed every single day. Trying to find out when they were coming and what time they were coming. Finally on the morning of the move, I got a call at 8 o’clock saying they’ll be there in 20 minutes. I was really upset, to say the least. We weren’t living at the property at the time. And had to race to get there in the pouring rain. It got worse from there. Their storage facility boasts air controlled. LIES. Everything was covered in a rusty brown dust that penetrated so much of our furniture and we even tried to have stuff cleaned. No luck. Our expensive throw pillows are garbage now. They damaged so much of our property, really expensive furniture, unable to be cleaned or repaired, and so I wanted to follow the steps correctly to process my claim. I emailed them and called them constantly to learn how to do it properly, but I never got a response until weeks and weeks later which was past the submission due date of 60 days, and they claimed that all my messages had gone to spam. Really? Your answering machine has a spam folder? SO Ridiculous! Now that they knew that my messages find their way into their spam folder, you would think they would constantly check, right? Any good business would! Wrong! After submitting my claim, all my emails and calls once again have gone on answered. They completely blew me off. They are ignoring me. They are not honoring the insurance package that I purchased. In my opinion, that makes them an F rated company! If they were a lower grade then an F

            The customer has a claim that is in process. Our last email requested copies of her bill of lading and the inventories showing the condition of her goods that we prepared for her when we picked up her goods so we could investigate the claim. She has not provided them. Her initial emails were to her salesperson and did indeed end up in his junk/spam folder. Without reviewing her coverage or the condition of the items as declared on her inventories I can not properly investigate or settle the claim. I do know that the majority of her claimed damage is not due to any mishandling on our part. She is claiming discoloration on some items and other items where the fabric is disintegrating. Those are due to climatic conditions and inherent vice. Once I receive her inventories I will be able to finish the claim settlement process.

            I responded immediately to that message asking you to clarify on what those documents were and you never got back to me. I called and left countless messages regarding all the necessary documents youd need to process the claim and you never got back to me. I will copy them all and mail them to you. TELL ME WHERE! All the discoloration was due to your poor climate and dusty conditions in your storage facility. THICK ***** DUST BUNNIES WERE COVERING SO MUCH OF OUR PACKED ITEMS! How does that even happen?? You can come by anytime you want to investigate and see how you destroyed our furniture and other goods. Your exacto knife cut through our dining room chair. You chipped tables. You scratched tables. The leather disintegrated on my massage table and fell apart. You bent my round lamp into an oval. There are holes and gashes in all my pool floats. Dont pretend you tried to take care of this because you never did! You never got back to me to even let me know the status of the claim. Nor did you get back to me to let me know which documents you needed to complete the claim. And if messages go to spam its your responsibility to constantly check your spam folder. Thats what good business owners do. All my email communications had ***** ****** and the secretary or office staff member. I find it remarkable that within 24 hours you got back to THIS review but since January you have an aversion to returning my calls and emails. Funny how that happens. There is zero customer service in your business and now reading all the other reviews I see I am not the only one to experience such awful service. Looking back in my emails I see you took forever to return my calls and emails to actually book the job! Unbelievable. Blame me. Blame spam. But Its YOU
