    I've had numerous issues with this specific location during my time going there. This specific incident I am referring to I had called the location numerous times in the month of November to get in touch with a manager regarding canceling my account via email. The staff mentioned i can't get a canceled form emailed or faxed to me to fill it out and it needs to be filled out in person. I explained to them I am not able to get there in person to cancel but they refused to email or fax it to me stating it "is in their policy" I need to come in person. I asked nourmous times to have a manager please contact me to no avail. I finally had to call out of work to go in person and cancel my membership. The manager on duty that day ****** told me that i CAN cancel via email or fax and greatly apologized for the inconvenience and assured me they would not be charging me for the month of December because of the miscommunication among the staff. I questioned this because I noticed on the cancelation form it mentioned a 10 day grace ******* ****** then again reassured me I wouldn't get charged. I noticed I DID get charged so I called the location again multiple times looking to speak with the "operations manager" ******. However after 10 days and me calling 3 separate occasions she FINALLY got back to me to tell me they can't do anything about it. I went over all the inconvenience I went though and what her staff had told me and she said "I wasn't there i don't know if they said that" I also mentioned I spoke with ****** earlier in the same day and she said "oh yes you should get a refund don't worry ****** will call you". However ****** again said she doesn't know for sure that ****** said that. I asked her to please go ask her since she is there however ****** just continued to refer to "policy" and she can't make adjustments because her staff gave out the wrong information multiple times. I feel extremely disrespected as a customer.

    I was pushed into signing up for a monthly package (which you have 3 days to cancel without charge). The same day I called to cancel and the woman on the phone was so rude but said she would “handle it” and hung up on me. I assume It would be canceled, however a month later I was charged for the subscription. I called once again and asked them to fix this and they apologized and said I would get a refund and I would not be charged in the future. That was clearly a lie because today I was charged again. I tried calling 3 times this morning and no one answered and the voicemail said to leave a text so I did. No answer. So then I called corporate and got no answer. I tried to call the direct store again and they answered and I hear “I’m not dealing with this” before I was hung up on. This is insanely unprofessional and ridiculous. I called on my friends phone and finally got an answer because obviously they were ignoring my calls purposely. She told me that they couldn’t do anything about it (which I know is a lie) and said someone would reach out to me which they haven’t. I should not have to ask three times to cancel a subscription!!! They clearly keep lying to me and are trying to **** me and hope I give up. They owe me a $140 refund for the money they have been charging me without my consent. I had to go through my bank to dispute the charges because clearly Massage Envy thinks they can just steal money from people. I want them to cancel my subscription, give me the refund, and to not charge me again, this is insane.
