BBB has received numerous complaints from consumers alleging 1SaleADay, LLC fails to deliver products ordered on their website. Other consumers allege that the product they receive is defective. Consumers have also reported that voice messages and email to 1SaleADay for delivery status inquiries or refund requests go unanswered.
1SaleADay, LLC responds to these consumer complaints with apologies for the inconvenience and by issuing refunds and/or credits on the items purchased.
On, January 4, 2013, BBB sent certified correspondence to that 1SaleADay, LLC requesting their voluntary cooperation in resolving complaints on file with BBB and providing steps it will implement to eliminate these types of customer complaints.
On February 14, 2013, 1SaleADay, LLC responded to BBB's concerns. 1SaleADay says the company has grown precipitously thereby leading to a higher rate of orders and inevitably a higher rate of complaints. 1SaleADay states many of the complaints came from shipping issues. An extensive investigation revealed that many customers (i) did not provide their apartment number; or (ii) provided a shipping address that matched their credit card billing address (a security requirement mandatory for checkout) but had since moved. In other cases items were slightly delayed in shipment. 1SaleADay has taken responsibility to reship the items in the above and similar instances at the company's expense.
On May 21st, 2013, BBB again reviewed the complaints on file for 1SaleADay and found the volume of complaints has not been eliminated in a significant way.
On August 24, 2013, BBB again reviewed the complaints on file for 1SaleADay and found the volume of complaints nor the pattern of complaints has been eliminated in a significant way.
On December 4, 2013, BBB again reviewed the complaints on file for 1SaleADay and found that neither the volume of complaints nor the pattern of complaints has been eliminated in a significant way.
BBB will continue to monitor the complaint activity of 1SaleADay, LLC and update the Business Review as needed.
