Vitamin Purchase Returns
If you are not completely satisfied with your vitamin purchase and the packaging has not been opened, it may be returned for a refund, (less shipping, handling, and restocking fee) within 10 days of receipt. Only unopened products are eligible for return. Unopened products must be in a factory sealed container for refund. Before returning the vitamins you must first request a return authorization number from NuvaLife.com, see below.

Return Authorization Criteria
You must first contact NuvaLife.com Customer Service at 1-888-589-7780 for replacement/refund information. Customer Service will assign you a return material authorization number (RMA#) that must appear with the return shipping address. Original shipment and handling charges are not refundable and you will be responsible for all costs associated with return shipment. No COD returns will be accepted.
We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item. In most cases, we'll issue a refund in the same form of payment originally used for the purchase within 3 to 5 business days of our receiving your return. If you paid directly from your bank account, it may take up to 10 additional business days for the credit to be posted to your bank account. You can view completed returns and refunds at the bottom of an order's history page in Your Account. If the return and refund do not appear in Your Account within four weeks from the day you sent us your return, please contact us for further assistance.
