Complaint I ordered a humidifier from this company on 1/7/15. No response to email, twice by phone, said it was shipped, then said it was not on 1/23/15. I emailed them on 1/17/15, no response. I called them, and the agent said it was on back order and it would be shipped that day.I emailed on 1/22/15, no response. I called them, today, 1/23/15, and agent said it was not shipped and did not know why. I asked for refund and to speak with a manager, and she said they did not have managers. I said I did not accept that answer, so she took my number and said someone would call me. I requested a refund. I don't trust that I will receive it, nor an apology.
Desired Settlement I want my $12.94 refunded to my Visa and an apology.

Complaint Did not get receive refund for returned. I returned the following items. the blades were discribed to fit the Oster Model 10 and they do not. I tried emails and Paypal dispute to get my money back. Goodmans declined a refund and still have the items that I paid for.
Complaint I placed my order with Goodman's after not receiving my order I made numerous calls spoke to a lady from customer service haven't received items still Made purchase on December 9th 2014 it is now February 2nd 2015 without my items. My order number is XXXXXX which includes clipper attachment. Item 1 model numer AD-XXXXX, 2nd item AD-XXXXX, 3rd AD-XXXXX, 4th AD-XXXXX, 5th AD-XXXXX and last item AD-XXXXX. I do not have an account with them I shopped as a visitor. The sales rep I talked to on their customer service line name was Bonnie. The owners name is ***** *******. Payment amount was 193.29 including fast shipping. Payment method was my visa debit card. I placed my order and the same day I called to cancel my order because I thought I had purchased the wrong items. After realizing I could use them I called them back not even 10 minutes after cancelling with whom I spoke with Bonnie the customer service rep. She told me since she had already cancelled my order the second I called that I would have to wait until UPS sent them my order to send it back out to me. She said the estimated date of arrival to my address would be two weeks. It has been well over that time and I have yet to receive anything. I sent them an email after all of this and asked for a full refund I hope that I get my money back into my account after all the lies they have already told me I have little faith that it will be that easy to get my money back. I am extremely upset and I feel like I was ripped off majorly. After reading their reviews I found that there were numerous people who had the same horrible experience. Something needs to be done about this company and their terrible customer service that is why I am filing this complaint.
Desired Settlement I expect to get a full refund of what I spent with this company including shipping which was $193.29.
