4/18/14 reservation over the phone, w/******** 2 nights, july 1 & 2 2014. 6/2/14 $188.80 was charged to my credit card for "No Show" to my reservation
i called back, stating that my reservation was for july, why was i charged for being "no show" in june? employee stated they had put my reservation down under June not July. I have plane tickets showing that my vacation was for july, i didnt reserve for june, the employee ******* made a mistake. I requeted refund for the "no show" charges. I called every day for 8 days, every day left message for manager ******* she never returned my call.

Desired Settlement
i would like a refund of the $188.80 that were charged to my credit card.

Business Response
Client made reservations for June not July. When we finish taking all the information from client to finalize reservation, all information is repeated to client and the 72 hrs cancellation policy is also informed. When informing the 72 hrs cancellation policy we clearly specify them until which date they will have to cancel without penalty. Therefor client had the opportunity to correct any mistakes if any were made. All process went thru with client and when repeated the information she asserted is was correct. Unfortunately client never call neither cancel her reservation on time.

In regards to the Manager not contacting her, in fact there was a phone conversation with client and also an email sent to her. Her recollection of events does not match with reality.
