              I received a reminder that it was getting close to reorder my Dexcom G6 sensors, so I placed the order and was then notified the sensors would be sent out on 2/6/24. Well I never received them. I am a type 1 insulin dependent diabetic, I use an Tandem ****** insulin pump which uses the the Dexcom G6 sensor and transmitter to communicate with the pump to give me the correct amount of insulin based on glucose readings.I have contacted US MED several times, they tell me its my insurance, which its not, my insurance set up a conference call with all parties and I thought the issue was resolved but it wasnt. Then they said they needed authorization from insurance and they would fax them the forms, which they never did, *** called several times and am promised it will be sent to the escalation team but nothing happens. This has been going on for over 6. weeks and in the meantime I have no sensors. I looked through the reviews on their website and here on yours, and I see a lot of people that have experienced the exact same thing.

              I have been trying to have the G7 sent to me. Current G6 customer for 3 years. In the past 10 days, my account has been cancelled, been told they are trying to get in touch with me and that they will have a supervisor call me back. It's been over ************************************************************************************** Received a letter today that they do not have any information on me and cannot sent G7 until it is received. Also received a voice message today that they don't have any information on me. Been a customer 3 years now. Called the number given on the voice mail -- wrong number!!! Called the number on the letter and the representative tried to set up a new account. Seems they've been spelling my name wrong! Tried to talk to a supervisor but they were all gone for the day. One is supposed to call tomorrow--I don't believe it! I only have 2 G6 CGM's left and it looks like I'll be without a CGM with the way US Med is handling my problem. Seriously thinking of finding another company to deal with because this has been a nightmare! I've had problems with them in the past but nothing like this. Terrible **********************
