I first looked up Sobe furniture store and its merchandise online. When, I spoke to a sales representative over the phone the first question I asked before placing the order was if they delivered on Saturdays. They informed me that they did, that when the furniture items were ready I would get a call to schedule delivery. I purchased 4 items, in total the orders were over $6,000. When two of the items were ready over a month later, the order was delivered damaged. I emailed the sales representative and again, specifically asked for the replacement furniture and other pending order to be delivered on a Saturday. When the replacement items were ready to be delivered I was told they did not deliver on Saturdays. My wife spoke to the Logistics supervisor ******* and explained we had specifically inquired and requested for Saturday delivery due to my wifes inflexible Monday thru Friday work schedule. The supervisor was unprofessional, told her they only delivered certain orders on Saturdays, if she could take a day off or ask to go in late to work. My wife even provided her work hours to try to work something around it but she was told our drivers have to go home too and they dont really want to sign up to work on Saturdays. When we reiterated our inflexible schedule and our upfront request for Saturday delivery we were told if they had to deliver on a Saturday we would have to wait a few weeks for them to get a driver and other deliveries set up the same day. I am beyond disappointed with the miscommunication and the shift of quality in customer service received after the order has been placed and paid upfront.
