Complaint
I purchased a baby glider chair to be manufactured through the store in 10/15. 1/2016 they informed me they don't think the chair was made.
I am ** *******, Mr ************* assistant.
I have been working on getting a glider/baby chair manufactured through Rooms for a Prince and Princess store in FL. Chair was to be manufactured in VT, delivered to the sore in FL.
The chair was ordered and paid for in the amount of approx $1800. at the store in Oct.

Specialized fabric was ordered for the chair and it was sent to the manufacturer in Derby Line VT on Nov 9, it arrived on Nov 11, 2015. Fed Ex tracking #: XXXXXXXXXXXX.

I have all of the info: Tracking numbers, copies of PO paperwork sent with the fabric, names & dates of when I asked the Rooms for Prince & Princess store owner for status each week since Nov XX XXXX until Jan 7 2016. The store owner says more than once in writing that the chair is in the process of being made & due to be delivered to the store in early Jan, 2016.

Bottom line: The store contacted me on 1/7/16 and said a) they can't find the fabric and b) there's no chair in the order system.

The store has handled this entire chair manufacture badly from the start. They refused to give me a direct contact at the manufacturer. It seems they never followed up when they told me repeatedly that they had. And, they had never gotten a straight answer from the manufacturer. Service has been appalling, communication near zero. They have lost the specially ordered expensive fabric and do not seem to be capable of tracking it.

Desired Settlement
There was a 'loaner' glider that was being used while the new chair was being manufactured. We request that the loaner be given to us outright. Also, we want a full refund for the new chair, and for the special fabric to be found and shipped back to Ms ******* in MA.
