Buyer BEWARE. They will underbid their competitors to get the job then once the materials are delivered and have made you wait 8+ months, they threaten to take all the materials back if you do not pay additional $ over contracted price (they blame the manufacturer, it’s BS - after the sudden upcharge their quote was the same as other companies, with the only difference being they make you wait 8+ mo). All of the staff and installers have had COVID already so don’t be fooled when they use that excuse. Expect to be your own project manager because after the check is deposited they do not call you (until they want more $) you have to follow up with them every step of the way. Every aspect of the job was done lazily and wrong. We paid extra for permits and surveying, but this company has the survey marking done then let it sit for months and it all washed away. They did not have markings redone and installers dig right into Comcast cables. Everything that could go wrong, did! They also broke many sprinklers heads and did not say a word. The installers did not fix fence caps to the fence and the first light storm that passed blew them all into the street. The owner is rude to customers, does not respect contracts, doesn’t not go out to verify the job was completed correctly and has complete lack of regard for any aspect of the job, other than $. I wanted to support someone local but wish I chose a different company who was honest about cost and timeframe from the start. They lied through their teeth and made this the most stressful experience every step of the way.
