Complaint I received a return authorization from this company to send back defective merchandise for a refund, this was not honored. They sent me new merch. The device I purchased had an exterior defect. Glue was melting from charging a small electronic camera. I received an RMA # to return the merchandise for a refund. A month after I sent the unit back I began emailing the customer service and calling. I asked for someone to call me back. I never received a call back, only a few unhelpful emails. I finally called the sales line which is the only line to actually speak to a real person, who would not help me. I was forwarded to leave a voicemail, and that person only email replied. Not a call back. I replied to that email asking for a phone call to straighten this out. Never happened. They never honored my refund RMA, instead they sent me new merchandise, which I was clear I did not want.
Purchase date: Jan. 17, 2012 Order # yhst-XXXXXXXXXXXXXX-XXXXX Amount: 57.50 (included a cost of a wall charger) Model/code# H1CBD-FDHC Payment method: M/C credit card RMA auth. received on Feb. 3, 2014 RMA # XXX-XXXXXR Mailed back: Feb. 11, 2014
Emailed for a status check on Mar. 6, 2014. Called and had to leave a voicemail on/around 3/21/14. Received a email response from ********** on 3/24/14, stating the message was forwarded to another dept. I replied on 3/25/14 seeking a call from anyone in the co. 3/28/14- received unwanted merchandise in the mail.
Desired Settlement I want a full refund of $57.50, plus the cost (shipping) to return their merchandise they sent me by their own mistake and the cost for shipping the first defective unit back (roughly $5). I will return the merchandise they sent me in the facilitation of this process, so long as the refund is guaranteed. And I want to speak to someone in this company about how they do business. Thank you.

Consumer Response (The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.) I received an email from this company stating they are willing to issue me a refund. Due to my lack of trust in this company, I replied asking the refund amount be given in writing before I send the merchandise back. At this time the complaint isn't resolved.
Complaint I ordered and returned merchandise from ProofPronto and still no refund. I had ordered two security devices from a company called Proof Pronto who I found on the internet. At the time I ordered it stated money back guaranteed along with customer satisfaction. On 12/14/2015 I paid in full the amount of $332.95 dollars using my credit card. However when the merchandised arrived on 12/17/2015 I had changed my mind so sent both packages back unopened using USPS with tracking numbers #XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX and #XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX on 12/30/2015. It wasn't until this time that I learned the company whom I actually made payment to was Atlas Technology Group of Florida. I have made many phone inquiries as well as emails which first did acknowledge the returns but then in April they claimed they had no record of the returns. So as of this writing, I have not received any of my monies back.
Desired Settlement I think in all fairness that I am due a full refund of my $332.95 dollars, as they never even attempted to deal with my concerns. They just simply kept both the merchandise and the my money. I also believed that I was dealing with Proof Pronto Corporation and was surprised to learn it was really Atlas Technology Group.
Complaint I have been attempting to get a refund for an item for over 2 weeks with zero contact back from the company, now I have missed their refund deadline. I have been trying to get a refund for a $1200 item for over 2 weeks with zero contact back from the company, I have still not had contact from the company and have missed the deadline for filing a return/refund.
The companies refund policy on returned items is 14 days after delivery of the purchased item. Their policy is that the only way to be eligible for a return is to fill out a RMA Request on their website. Upon completion of the RMA Request form, you are alerted that you will receive a confirmation email shortly and in 1-2 business days a representative will make contact with you to handle the return.
My item was delivered on July 30th, 2015, and since August 2nd, 2015 I have been filling out return/refund requests (RMA Requests) off their website almost every other day with no contact back from the company. I have not received 1 email or 1 phone call from the company, despite the number of times I have filed the RMA Requests.
I have also called the company multiple times to handle this over the phone, however they do not have anyone you can speak to over the phone to handle return/refunds, it must be filed through their RMA Request form on the website, which I have been doing for 2 weeks straight. I have also left voicemail messages with a manager named ****** who has never returned any of my calls.
Desired Settlement I would like to get in contact with a representative at this company and get a refund back for my $1200 purchase.
Complaint Company will not refund me my money. I have sent back the product and still no refund or return contact. I purchased a phone conversation recorder from this company on Feb 27, 2014.
Visa Debit Card Order# yhst-XXXXXXXXXXXXXX-XXXXX MemoQ 1152-Hour Automatic B3R-MR3X $124.90
When I received the product I tried to use it and when I recorded a phone conversation and played it back, I couldn't hear the voices clearly. I requested and RMA form from proofpronto.com, the website I ordered off of and never received anything back. I emailed again and finally received a response from a Stacy M (tech support). She said that an RMA was emailed to me but must of gotten lost in my junk mail filter. I know this is false because I had checked my email twice daily for a response from this company. I filled out the RMA form as instructed by Stacy M and sent back my defective product. I gave the company 3 weeks to respond back with anything detailing my return but received none. I emailed them again asking the status of my return and received no response again. I emailed again demanding a refund and received no response. Again I emailed a final time asking for a refund or else I would notify the better business bureau and again I received no respone. I called and everything is automated except for a sales line and the sales reps refused to help me also in this matter.
Desired Settlement I am seeking the refund of my original purchase price of $124.90
The information in the table below represents an industry comparison of businesses which are of the same relative size. This is based on BBB's database of businesses located in Southeast Florida and the Caribbean. Businesses may engage in more than one type of business. Either customer confirmed the complaint has been resolved, or business confirmed the complaint has been resolved and customer did not respond to BBB correspondence informing customer that complaint will be considered resolved unless BBB hears otherwise from customer.
