DO NOT DO BUSINESS HERE! If I could give a 0 star, I would have. I have never viewed these poor 2-star reviews and have used them before. I went in on Saturday and asked for some alternations to my pants since I lost some weight. I only wanted 2 inches. They insisted I had to clean them first, which I did. They charged me $16.00 a pair plus cleaning. I asked they only do two pairs since no one could measure them. They did all six, and all six are wrong. The ****** took them in the wrong, and when I went back and tried them on for him, he admitted he took them in 4 inches. He did not realize the original size. For some, he made the back of the pants hang like there was water in the ****. All are ruined. I asked for a refund for the alternations and cleaning since I have to throw them all out now. The clerk said yes, she saw how bad they were; ****** said yes, he got it wrong, and then the Boss's wife came in and said no. She wanted even more money to fix his mistakes. I was not going to *** them for the cost of the pants, just a refund of the service since we had a long relationship, but now I am going to *** them for the cost of the pants too. When I was upset about the treatment, she said do it my way or leave. I left. Unbelievable and so wrong. I was a good customer, and they treated me like a terrible person. Everyone here is correct. They are a terrible service. Do not bring your business here.
