            In July 2013 I purchased a Travel Writer's course from "The American Writers and Artists Institute". I paid in installments until it was paid off in full. (I still have every email of correspondence saved).However, during the past few months I have discovered I have been locked out of my course - saying my email is not recognized. Yet I am still using the same email address that I used when I purchased the course (displayed in the emails I have on file).I contacted AWAI, who informed me I have to contact "Great Escape Publishing". I have tried many times using their online site, but have received no response. Nor can I find a working phone number.I want access to the course I've paid for. That's all.

            I joined AWAI a few years ago and have attended two Boot Camps, purchased some training courses, and participated in many of the free webinars they provide. This organization cares about writers and tries to do everything possible to help us become successful. I give them 5 stars because I feel they are honest and very helpful.
