            I paid ******* to have my pool deck painted and sealed in October 2023. I had to stay on top of the business to get this scheduled, once it was done, the grass started to grow 2 weeks after it was sealed. I emailed ***** and she gave the run around for months, until I finally showed up to their office in January2024, when I expressed my discontent and asked for my money back she agreed to send another worker, it is now Feb 2024 and the paint on my deck is completely coming off, if there is wind the paint just flies off which tells me it wasnt sealed properly. I am extremely upset because I feel they stole my money. I want them to return my money or call to have this deck redone properly.

            6-2-2022 CONTRACTED FOR PATIO STONE DECK AND POOL INTERIOR RESURFACING. 1. WORKERS DID NOT REMOVE POOL INTERIOR STUCCO- PAID $166.22 TO HAUL MATERIAL TO DUMP. MULTIPLE DAYS OF WORKERS NOT SHOWING UP AS PLANNED. 2. POOL HAD NO LEAKS PRIOR TO WORK. POST RESURFACING THE POOL WATER LEAKED 2-3 INCHES DAILY. NO RESPONSE TO COMPLAINT EMAIL AND PICTURES SENT TO PATIOS POOLS AND DRIVEWAYS. WE THEN HIRED TWO LEAK COMPANIES FOR $2129 TO FIX BAD POOL INTERIOR RECOATINGS THAT DID NOT GET HYDRAULIC CEMENT FILLING HOLES THEY PUNCHED IN THE CONCRETE SHELL AROUND THE LIGHT AND MAIN DRAIN. OWNER OF COMPANY NEVER SHOWED UP TO SEE WORK DONE WRONG. 3. STONE PAVERS, A FEW ARE NOT SET FLAT AND THEY WOBBLE WHEN WALKED UPON. ADVISED CONTRACTOR WITH EMAIL AND PICTURES OF STONES NOT SET CORRECTLY. SAFETY RISK FROM SHIFTING PAVERS. NO RESPONSE OR CORRECTIVE WORK FOR 4 MONTHS WILL NOT ALLOW THESE PEOPLE TO WORK HERE AGAIN AND CANNOT RECOMMEND THEM TO FRIENDS. SPENT $2295 OF OUR MONEY CORRECTING THEIR FAULTS AND REFUSAL TO FIX ALL DEFECTS.
