He had cut our slab without allowing us to "place our template", and the cut was wrong. He totally lost it when he found out it was his company that screwed up, not us, so he proceeded to cut yet another slab, and again, we never saw the slab, and we had no choice in where it was cut. We do know it wasn't the slab that we picked out, he chose a random slab.
The following day we went back to retrieve our sink (separate purchase) and he put his nephews on my brother's trail and threatened him as they "escorted" him off the property. It was very tense situation. We filed a complaint with our credit card company and due to a missed email (no follow through from Chase) we lost our fight with King of Kitchens.
As stated by another unsatisfied customer, these people are abusive, unprofessional, and should loose any and all business that is being sought by unknowing customers who hope to spend their hard earned money on a quality product.
I wish I had read this page before going to their shop. Maybe it would have prevented me getting pulled in by their deplorable behavior. Don't be a victim of this horrible debacle that we have found ourselves are in.I am choosing to go as far as possible to reclaim what is rightfully mine. Please pass this issue along and try to save one other person from trying to make improvements to their home, only to be taken for a ride.....
