    I called this company on dec 23 2022 I needed my truck and personal belongings moved to ************* spoke to ****** she made the process sound so comforting that I went for it. I was told by Friday my truck would be picked up and in *********** from 1-2 weeks. This was not the case. After constantly calling for information on my truck today 01/26/2023 my truck has finally arrived. I would appreciate the $300 for tow truck I paid I was told $200 originally. And the $450 paid to the company back in my account. This is outrageous that *** waited for so long. Once I pick my truck up I can only hope all my personal belongings are not damaged and done. I minus well take all my things to the dump. I lost all of my life in ******* I was evicted and both of my cars were repoded the little bit left in my truck is what I have left of life as I known it

    Excellent delivery, decent communication but one issue came up. Pros: Picked up early, delivered professionally and better experience than transport company I was trying to use. The pick up and delivery was great even though they lost a day in transport. Con: 1) If you do your payment via Venmo and if you use a credit card expect a 3% fee. Do not trust NCT (worked with Diane) that they will do anything about the fee, just know you have to pay cash, Zelle or Venmo w/o using a credit card to avoid the fee. 2) Once you pay the deposit the communication is over with NCT. If there is an issue you won't find out unless you call the driver. My daughter got her car and that's all that really counts. Overall, it was a good experience sans the couple "Cons".

    Hi ****, Thank you for giving National Car Transport the opportunity to deliver your daughter's car. We are pleased to hear that she was happy with the pick up and delivery of her vehicle. Providing our customers with extraordinary customer service is our number one goal, and we apologize that we didn't meet your expectations in the area of payment to the driver. The industry as a whole, works on the carrier payment as c.o.d; cash on delivery and the rates are calculated applying the cash discount. Many driver's will take Zelle or Venmo as they are considered cash like when they are debited. When a customer request if they can pay this portion with Zelle or Venmo, we ask the driver is this is an option. This driver agreed, but because you Venmo was not from a bank debit, rather a credit card payment, this is were the issue occurred. The carrier pay from the rate is discounted for the cash payments. I took the time to listen to some calls with you and ***** and do see there were many interactions after the deposit. I understand that you wanted us to take care of the 3% fee, but ***** explained during the order and on our contract that is c.o.d. directly to the driver upon delivery. The option of Venmo is to the driver's discrepancy and the additional fee was incurred for the Venmo option to choose to pay with credit card rather than debit.  This fee was not collected neither from the driver nor NCT but from Venmo.  Moving forwarding, we want you to know that we are committed being transparent about any fees associated with our services and will clarify when the option of choosing Venmo as an option, to choose the debit option to avoid Venmo's 3% fee. ****, thank you for feedback as it allows us to give staff more insight on how well certain areas of our business model are working, so that they may improve in the future.
