Requested " A free quote now" from this business. Afterwards, I did not recieve a quote which I thought was odd. About 5 minutes later I received a call, ************ regarding the quote. Unfortunately, I continued to receive calls, texts, and emails almost non-sto* regarding quotes.I attem*ted to unsubscribe from the com*any's website which ke*t giving an error. I found their email address under a tab on their website and sent them an email begging to sto* the harassment as I use my email for work. The next day the calls, emails, text continued. I called the com*any and the re*resentative told me I would have to unsubscribe from EACH email recieved (he gave no solution for the texts, calls and voicemails). I mentioned that I signed u* for "A quote" not to be flooded non sto* with quotes and he quio**ed that it was stated u* to 10 quotes. I do also make errors, so I checked and he blatanlty lied as the website s*ecifically states " get a free quote now". I did call back and let the gentleman know that I have also evidence of such,as rather than acce*t res*onsibility or better yet try and offer a way to correct the situation he chose to lie and try and shift the blame to his customer. It gets worse, the day after I gave this com*any my contact information, I recieved an email that someone used my email account to sign u* for something across the country. The username was literally: 4 Weals, Subject: * Weals, Message: * Weals. This is an auto shi**ing business. Very unsettling, thus the reasons I have to take even more time out of my busy schedule to inform others of this com*any. Some of the email I have recieved did not include an unsubscribe o*tion, I am not an attorney but under it CAN-SPAM act it states some *retty stiff *enalties. I have ke*t all of the emails rather than just re*ort as s*am incase authorities will need that. I will also inform the actual shi**ers of my nightmare ex*erience so that both sides of their customers are aware of this.
