    On April 21st, 2023 my friend ********************* and his pregnant wife purchased a used ******* SUV from this dealership. They were denied the ability to take the vehicle to a mechanic and instead told them the car was solid. They were naive to this and trusted them. A week later, the engine light came and the dealership said it was a minor item. A week after that the vehicle stopped working and the engine had failed. They took the car to a mechanic and found it had "exceptional maintenance neglect". The dealer said it was their issue. When they agreed to meet with the owner *******************, wee were polite but the owner ******* suddenly started yelling, verbally abusing us and approached my friend *****'s 38 week pregnant wife and intimidated her because she was trying to record. He concealed issues and is breaking the law. He stole their money and kicked them out of the dealership. He is continuing to harass myself and my friends.

    Our friends, ***** and *****, shared and commented on the events we experienced as witnesses with this dealer. They witnessed our incident. We had high hopes for the ******* Santa Fe car we bought from this dealer and trusted the seller, thinking that the dealer's cars were good. When we encountered a problem with our car, they advised ** to contact the ******* dealer, thinking it would help. We had already scheduled an appointment with the ******* dealer. On May 4th, the car we bought on April ********************** the middle of the road. We later learned that the **belt had broken, causing the car's engine to lock. The dealer chose not to assist ** in resolving the issue, despite there being potential solutions for our car's engine problem. From May 21th to June 15th, the car remained at the ******* service center awaiting a solution, as they claimed it was no longer under warranty due to lack of maintenance and delay. However, Delta Car did not inform ** of this, and we believed the car had been well-maintained when we purchased it. As a result, I was unable to go to work for a month and had to use Uber to take my wife to her hospital appointments. Even in this situation, the dealer called ** every day demanding payment for the car installments, and we paid our first installment despite not having a car. Today, on June 15th, we went to the dealer with the intention of finding a solution and requesting a refund of the $5500 down payment we made. However, the owner of the dealer began insulting ** due to the comments made, and he even physically confronted our friend ***** by banging on the table. This behavior was extremely rude. We did not show any disrespect towards them; our friends and I simply shared our experiences in the comments. If the dealer had been willing to resolve the problem, we would have expressed gratitude for their efforts and adjusted our comments accordingly.
