As we responded to your ****** review in April 2022:
"Hello ***,
We are sorry you feel this way. We have spent numerous times explaining to you and your husband that this beautiful Gustavian Grand Father clock was fully functional and working perfectly while in in our showroom. You had sent your mother to us to make sure the clock was working and we facetimed with you before your purchase.
We had supplied you with a shipping quote from a transport company which we recommend, and have had excellent experience with, never forcing you to ship with them, as you had told me over the phone yesterday. We had supplied you with a letter of a local very reputable clock repair who was hired prior to your purchase to set the clock and make sure everything was working properly.
As you know the clock had been damaged during the transport from Palm Beach to CT, but we cannot be held liable for this, as we released the clock which was working perfectly. If damaged in transit, you must file an insurance claim with the shipping company whom you used.
