I purchased a several gallons of expensive REJUVENATE floor restoration products, spending a lot of money and used a very hard work to restore over 2,000 SF of my tiled floor. I did exactly as per instruction label. First I used Rejuvenate floor cleaner, and after 12 hours I applied the restorer. I used 2 coats because 1st coat did not cover nicely the area, The second coat I applied the next day, approximately 24-26 hours later as instructed. Couple of days later, on most of the floor there were a visible peelings, it's a disaster, the entire floor looked ugly. As per advertisement, the restored floor should last at least 3-5 months.
I contacted the company in writing, provided them with the pictures of the products I used, and the pictures of the peeled floors, they asked me many informational questions but did not provide any help, solution, and/or explonation. Because I live in the same state as Rejuvenate's headquarters, I invite their representative to visit me to see what happened. An YES, once I received from them nice message: "Please provide us with your full name, physical mailing address and telephone number, for shipping purpose only if we need to send a removal kit. I did everything what I was asked for, but unfortunately, I was ignored. Shame on you "REJUVENATE". Hopefully other customers will be aware of your bad products.
