            ECM offers a $50 referral bonus when you sign up a friend for ECM service. In 2023, I signed up my neighbor, ***** for a lucrative home warranty service. In November, 2023, I called ECM to tell them I never received the $50 bonus. They have only given me the run around. I was never sent the bonus. I filled out the form on the website, but nothing.

            Installed new air conditioner with ECM in February 2024. Ive been battling with them ever since to try to come back and finish the work that we paid them for in full.. since then we have called many many times, and each time are given a runaround and told yes theyre coming to finish, but no one ever shows up and we never get a call back. Each time we call, theres a different excuse. Do not trust this company.
