Our files contain a pattern of complaints from consumers that allege they are being solicited by Elite Exposure Marketing to purchase advertising in their magazine to be distributed to golf and country clubs in their state. Consumers have contacted their local country clubs and they are informed they have never heard of Elite Exposure Marketing and are informed they do not distribute this magazine to their members. Consumers further state they have difficulties getting a copy of the magazine. Consumers then claim they are unable to receive any refund of monies paid for services not rendered.
Elite Exposure Marketing responds to these complaints by explaining their policies and procedures. The company also offers to reach out to the consumer to reach an amicable decision.
On November 7, 2014 BBB sent correspondence to Elite Exposure Marketing requesting their voluntary cooperation in resolving complaints on file with BBB and providing steps it will implement to eliminate the pattern of customer complaints.
On November 24th, Elite responded to BBB concerns stating the following:
The following protocols are always followed and we will make sure we review these steps with all employees to prevent further complaints from arising.
When a customer contacts us to request a refund we immediately try and rectify the situation. We are unable to come to an agreement, we will immediately refund their money that day and follow up with an email showing that we processed their refund with the merchant receipt attached.
We will strive to provide excellent customer services to our clients and will always attempt to make our customers feel important and appreciated. Should a customer have a complaint we will direct it to our Management department where we will identify their needs by listening and addressing the situation. Our customers are number one with us and we will always strive to make them happy.
We offer competitive marketing and assist our clients in reaching the most desirable demographic for residential and consumer services. Our main goal is to make our customers happy and repeat business with us in the years to follow.
BBB will continue to monitor the complaint activity and update the text as needed.
