Complaint: I ordered Chef pants from this company and didn't receive them only to find out they were sent to the wrong address. I have called the company on numerous occasions and they have yet to call me back! I want the pants that I ordered or I want my money back!

Desired Settlement: I would like the pants that I ordered or a full refund.

Business Response: In response to the complaint reference*** *******, KNG is sincerely sorry that this customer believes the  incorrect address was KNG's fault.
 
The order was placed on the web by the customer with a credit card. The name and address for the ship-to was typed in by the customer. An address verify program runs automatically on the address a customer puts in, however this address is a valid one in both cities so no error was given to the customer. The order can be reviewed multiple times before completing their order, and an order conformation is automatically sent to the  customer once the order is submitted. 
 
The order is placed on the KNG website with a card credit, the order goes through our system without any intervention. KNG employees are not aware if a customer has put the wrong address on their order. This was the customer's first order with KNG.
 
We have on record talking to the customer at least 4 different times from 12/2612014 to 01106/2014 and working with UPS to retrieve the package. We put a replacement order in the system with his corrected address on it and shipped it to him as soon as the return came back to us on*****/2014. The replacement package was reshipped at our expense even though this was not a KNG error.
 
We sincerely hope that this has satisfied the customer and this response to the BBB clears up this issue.

Complaint: I recently ordered kids aprons for my daughter's party. I ordered them online and the description said that they are 6 in a package for $3.36. Knowing that, I ordered a qty of 6 which would make the total qty 36 and I was charged $26.16 including shipping. When I received the package, there was only 6 in the package. My husband called KNG to figure out where the rest of the aprons were and the woman said that they have received many complaints from people misunderstanding the description and that there is not in fact 6 in a package. My husband said thank you and ended the call so that we could figure out what we were going to do now that we had no aprons. We decided to get them elsewhere for a MUCH better price. I then called the following day to ask for my shipping costs to return the item to be refunded and they would not refund my shipping costs. I tried to explain that it was their error and not mine and they still wouldn't return my shipping costs. I feel that I should not have to pay to return the item when it is clearly not my fault and the product is being misrepresented. I would really like a shipping label sent to me so that I can return the 6 aprons.

Desired Settlement: I would like KNG to send me a return label so that I can return the aprons

Consumer Response: My name is ****** ********. Complaint number *******. Just wanted to let you know that the company KNG contacted me and the conflict is resolved. They sent me a return label (what I was asking for) and there is no need for any further assistance.
