Purchasing Products / Auto-Ship Program You will receive free RUSH shipping with all paid offers. If you choose the LiveSkinny Trial System, you will be billed an initial $4.95 for RUSH S&H and shipped an introductory 30 day supply, yours to try for 14 days. Should you decide you do not want to continue with the LiveSkinny Trial program, simply contact customer service to cancel within 18 days from the date of purchase. Should you decide to continue with the LiveSkinny Trial program, your card will be automatically billed the second installment of $65.00 for the introductory 30 day supply. 30 days after your initial purchase date, and every 30 days thereafter until you cancel, you will be billed the low LiveSkinny member price of only $69.95, and shipped a fresh 30 day supply of LiveSkinny. The 90 Day Challenges are a one-time billing ($90 or $149) and shipment, and not part of the auto-ship program. Orders are usually shipped the day after the order is placed (except that orders placed Saturday-Sunday will be shipped the following Monday). Our standard ground shipping takes from 3 to 4 business days within the continental United States. Rush shipping within the continental United States is processed within 24 hours (excluding weekends and holidays) and arrives in 2-3 business days. For international orders, we ship via Federal Express or DHL. Generally international shipments take 14-21 business day from day of shipment unless customs causes a delay for some reason. If you have not received your order within 21 days from your purchase date, please call our customer care center to request a reshipment of your order. If you entered the wrong address on our order form and we are forced to reship your package, there will be an additional shipping and handling charge equal to your original order. Distributor will not sell any product on eBay, Amazon, any of their affiliate's websites or any other auction website or online marketplace. Distributor understands and acknowledges that all sales are final and that they are not entitled to return any product for a refund. Company will not be responsible for any delays or lack of delivery due to customs clearance issues. 7. Cancellation Policy - Cancellations - Billing Errors - Refunds - 30 Day Return Policy: Once an order has been submitted your credit card will be charged. Our ordering process is streamlined so your order will immediately be sent to processing and then shipping. Due to the high volume of orders we receive we will be unable to cancel an order after submitted. Please order carefully. Trial customers who would like to cancel their trial subscription within the 18 day trial period are required to return the remaining unused product and are subject to our Returns policy. In order to process your refund, you must supply us with Your name and delivery address. If you provide us with incorrect information, your refund will be delayed. Returns marked RETURN TO SENDER will not be accepted. Please make sure your RMA number is clearly marked on the front of the package. RMA number is valid for 15 days from the date of issue. Refunds can take up to thirty (30) days to appear on your credit card statement depending on the bank that issued your credit card. Billing Errors: If You believe that you have been billed improperly, please notify Our Customer Service Department immediately. You release us from all liabilities and claims of loss resulting from any error or discrepancy that is not reported to us within thirty (30) days of its publication. Returns: We want you to be satisfied with your order. If you are unhappy for any reason, please contact us first to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number by calling (208) 336-1127. Returned product must be unopened. Returned merchandise should include the vendor packaging and be in the same condition as when it was received. Used merchandise cannot be returned unless defective. Items returned without the RMA return number will not be accepted. Product returned as a result of a cancelation during the trial period must include at least the remaining 15 day supply of product in original unopened condition. Returns will not be accepted past the end of the trial on orders that are part of the trial program. Orders returned with a proper RMA number are subject to a $14.95 restocking fee.
