            Transportation Compliance Services, previously doing business as DOT Compliance Services LLC is a private, third party administrator who provides various services to commercial operators to assist in them in maintaining the  Department of Transportation safety regulations.  Complainants said they believed they were being called by the Department of Transportation rather than a private company selling its services.   Better Business Bureau met with Transportation Compliance Service who addressed the issues by making changes in their initial contact with a potential customer by stating up-front they are a private company, not associated with the Department of Transportation.

            On 3-8-2024 I attended an art show in *****, **. I parked in a parking lot that had signs that indicated how to pay for parking. I might add that there were a few different options on how to pay. As seen in the attached document I paid using one of the options. The parking company is claiming that I didn't pay to park. I sent them the only proof that I had which was a screen shot from my bank that shows that I paid $20.45. They are now saying that the bank charge screen shot is sufficient. I have no other means to provide proof. They are trying to bill me $50 which is a bunch of BS.
