Complaint: Total disregard for long-standing members, lack of response and extremely poor service. After repeated requests for several normal and usual services, there has been virtually no action nor response. First fiasco: Les Bois change from Federal to State credit union involved long-standing credit cards. Billing issues, false charges. Repeated errors in billing; overcharging late charges where none were incurred. Second: request for a credit card to long-standing member was totally mis-managed and ignored. After repeated contact on phone and in person, a promise to expedite the request never resolved. After more than 8 weeks - NO response - NO action. Other family member has same issues - no response except to give their profound apology. The usual reply is always "the person who handles that is not in the office today; we will call you back" THE CALL IS NEVER RETURNED. Apparently if one person is not in the office, no business gets done. POOR MANAGEMENT!! MIS-MANAGEMENT. We unfortunately feel forced to file this complaint.

Desired Settlement: We want this issue addressed by their top managers. We want them to communicate with us - resolve our issues - answer our requests.

Business Response:

Per the request of the member who filed the complaint, these members were contacted by **** ********* ** ******** **** ******.  During the call,  they were asked what they would like to happen in response to the BBB complaint.  The members said they expected going forward 1) that we treat members with dignity, which means fulfilling promises such as returning phone calls and 2) that some type of administrative action be required when credit union employees fail on #1.  They stated that nothing needs to be corrected and their accounts are fine now.  They thanked *** ****** for the call.
