            We discontinued our subscription for the *********** newspaper like a month ago or more. We stopped receiving the newspaper at that time. However, they continued to take money from my debit card for a new month. I have tried to get this resolved several times but today on the phone with them AGAIN, we were told that they do not do refunds. The names of two of those we've spoken to are Brandisha and ****. Not sure who we spoke to today when we were told "no refunds". We are unable to resolve this issue with them, even though they obviously have a record of our cancelation, being as we stopped receiving the newspaper.

            We had hired **** back in June 2021 to do Renos on our new home in October The experience has been very unprofessional and he has been very rude to me on the phone He showed up to scope up the work and kept promising to start without ever starting and weeks passed by We had to scramble to hire other ppl to do our two bathrooms before we moved in among other Renos that he promised to do Please dont set yourself up for the stress and anxiety that had happened to us Look for professional ppl to do the job and get it done
